1. These repeaters are owned and operated by Sam Nabkey, K8SN.

• The UHF Repeater is a CLOSED repeater. ( See the Rules )
  
• The 220 Repeater is OPEN for everyone.
  
• The Emergency AutoPatch EVERYONE regardless of invitation
  
• The remote base is avaiable to all invited users.
  
• The UHF Repeater is OPEN while in use by or for operations during EMERGENCYS or drills, deemed an EMERGENCY or drill by the Kent County Emergency Service Team Coordinator or one of his agents.
  
• Don't act like a jerk.
